As our ACC / ADMIN Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our daily operations and maintaining smooth workflows across departments. Your main tasks include:
- Assisting with simple accounting tasks (not a full accounting role — just basic bookkeeping and familiarity with accounting processes)
- Organizing invoices and reconciling statements
- Preparing reports and Excel spreadsheets
- Supporting day-to-day order and document management
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Have prior internship or administrative experience
- Hold a college/university diploma
- Responsible, willing to learn, and follow instructions carefully
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
