Job Description

  • responsible for all dishes prepared in your section
  • organized and able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
  • assist the Chef and relay his orders station cooks and ensures each menu item his station is responsible for is prepared on time.
  • required to assist with cooking, preparation, and plating when station chefs are absent.
  • To work in close co-ordination with other section for smooth discharge of function.
  • To give guide to the staff concerning cooking methods of all kinds of dishes.
  • To perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
  • 3 years of experience is required
  • Integrity to adhere to the company's rules and regulations (SOPs).

  • Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage

  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
