Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Customer Service Assistant, based in Shah Alam with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements (2/3 days WFO). Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving overall service experiences. The role also involves managing customer service operations to maintain high standards and build positive client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Customer Service Management and handling customer-related concerns
- Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently in hybrid work conditions
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in English written and verbal communication
- Experience in Airbnb or tourism is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or a related field
Salary Range: RM2,000 - RM2,600
