Duties:

  • Handling of all administrative duties in Business Development Division in an efficient and transparent manner and in full compliance with the Company's standards and requirements.
  • To liaise with customers with respect to their queries on the Company's waste disposal services, coordinating with the operations departments with regard to the requested services and all other related matters, as and when required.
  • Perform administrative duties related to tender preparation, contract documentation, and agreement management
  • Prepare correspondences, data analysis and reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain client files, information and database.
  • Prepare and issue customer billings in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor and update Accounts Receivable to ensure all payments are properly recorded.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Assist in the operations of the Customer Service Hotline.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar discipline with at least three (3) years work experience in the field of customer service or administration.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) and experience in SAP Business One would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and experience in an ISO certified work environment would be an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport with valid driving license.
