 Your Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll lead business growth through strategic account development, specification wins, and partnership expansion across the design and construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth across 
    A&D, developer, and corporate channels
    .
  • Build and sustain long-term client and consultant relationships.
  • Lead 
    A&D specification and project proposal development
     with internal teams (sales ops, procurement, QS, and projects).
  • Manage key account pipelines, bid activity, and 
    bi-weekly forecasting
    .
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within ongoing contracts.
  • Represent Quel International at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or Construction-related field.
  • 3–5 years of business development experience in 
    interior fit-out, flooring, carpets, or building materials
    .
  • Strong A&D network and specification-selling background.
  • Commercially sharp, confident presenter, and self-driven to hit targets.
  • Fluent in English and BM (Mandarin/Cantonese advantageous).
  • Preferably with valid driver's license and own transport (claims basis).
