  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database or lead list.
  • Introduce, promote, and explain company products or services to potential clients.
  • Assess customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations.
  • Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Record all call activities, customer interactions, and sales results accurately.
  • Follow up with prospects to close sales or arrange appointments when required.
  • Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Comply with company scripts, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support smooth customer acquisition.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience in handling rejection while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Minimum high school education; additional sales or marketing certifications are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
