Job Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Create platform-specific strategies to increase brand engagement and awareness; by keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends
  • Content Creation: Daily content planning and publishing, tailored based on different platforms
  • Community Engagement: Manage community moderators and monitor community sentiment, while consistently gather feedback such as game related issues for internal reference
  • Cross Function Collaboration: Work closely with different functions (such as Marketing, Design etc.) to ensure campaign execution is smooth and designated requirements are met.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the gaming industry
  • Strong understanding of gaming culture, cultural/religious sensitivities and online community social media consumption behaviour
  • Familiar with social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin is a mandatory.
