Job Summary:

We are looking for
2–3 junior-level Operations Assistants
to support the daily operations and content activities of
Hoopi Box
. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are hands-on, creative, and willing to support both operational and content-related tasks. The successful candidates will work closely with the operations and marketing teams to manage Hoopi Box activities and ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:Operations Support

  • Assist in managing daily Hoopi Box operations, including coordination, tracking, and basic administration.
  • Support packing, preparation, and handling of Hoopi Box items (if applicable).
  • Update internal records, trackers, and reports related to Hoopi Box activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of Hoopi Box processes.

Content & Social Media Support

  • Assist in creating simple content for Hoopi Box (photos, short videos, captions).
  • Support content posting and basic management of Hoopi Box social media platforms.
  • Help maintain content schedules and ensure timely postings.
  • Assist in brainstorming content ideas to promote Hoopi Box.

General Duties

  • Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to Hoopi Box projects and campaigns.
  • Follow company SOPs and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree / Fresh graduate in any field.
  • Interest in operations, content creation, or social media.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Able to use smartphone for basic photo/video content.
  • Familiarity with TCG (Trading Card Games) is a bonus.
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to follow instructions.
  • Good time management and teamwork skills.
