Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound/outbound customer service calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding their accounts, products, or services.
  • Handle payment collection calls, payment reminders, and support customers in setting up payment arrangements.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment status and provide daily reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and collection performance.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM (High School) or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Experience in customer service or debt collection is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
  • Competent in using computers and office applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
