Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead and guide the operations team on daily tasks and performance expectations.
- Track and monitor sales activities and their performance to support agency targets.
- Maintain accurate reports on individual and team performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Good attention to detail, good numerical sense and proper handling of confidential client information.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and a positive working environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and help solve challenges quickly.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Management, Business or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
