Sales Administrator

Job descriptions:
- Maintain and update sales-related records and reports in NetSuite, including promotions, listing fees, rebates, consignment, stock issuance, returns, and claims.
- Coordinate with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and agents on consignment, billing, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Monitor B2B customer billing and payments, follow up on outstanding amounts, and maintain proper records for reconciliation.
- Calculate and track sales incentives, commissions, and customer rebates accurately in the system.
- Communicate with suppliers, logistics, and finance teams to resolve documentation or delivery discrepancies.
- Prepare and update monthly sales reports, performance summaries, and tracking sheets for management review.
- Verify data accuracy between system records and physical documents.
- Manage stock replenishment orders, monitor slow-moving items, and ensure proper stock control.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Applicants must have basic accounting knowledge.
- At least 1 year of working experience in sales administration, sales support, or related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in handling documents and records.
- Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, and agents.
- Independent, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
