Job descriptions:

  • Maintain and update sales-related records and reports in NetSuite, including promotions, listing fees, rebates, consignment, stock issuance, returns, and claims.
  • Coordinate with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and agents on consignment, billing, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
  • Monitor B2B customer billing and payments, follow up on outstanding amounts, and maintain proper records for reconciliation.
  • Calculate and track sales incentives, commissions, and customer rebates accurately in the system.
  • Communicate with suppliers, logistics, and finance teams to resolve documentation or delivery discrepancies.
  • Prepare and update monthly sales reports, performance summaries, and tracking sheets for management review.
  • Verify data accuracy between system records and physical documents.
  • Manage stock replenishment orders, monitor slow-moving items, and ensure proper stock control.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Applicants must have basic accounting knowledge.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in sales administration, sales support, or related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in handling documents and records.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, and agents.
  • Independent, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
