Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing
  2. Handle progress claims, VO, final accounts and EOT application
  3. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
  4. Prepare tender documents and evaluate subcontractor quotations
  5. Attend monthly progress meeting and prepare monthly progress claims

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Possess at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
  2. Preferably with minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Contractor firm
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel) and QS related software (e.g., AutoCAD)
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  5. High reliable and responsible and confident in handling data
  6. High eagerness to learn and able to work independently
