Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze cost estimates, bills of quantities, and other financial documents
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project costs are controlled and budgets are maintained
  • Assist in the valuation of work completed and the processing of interim payments
  • Contribute to the preparation of tender documentation and contractual agreements
  • Provide support in the resolution of contractual and commercial issues
  • Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

Job Requirements:

  • Mandarin Speaker (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a quantity surveying role, preferably within the construction industry
  • Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to work under pressure
