Our client is seeking an Audit Assistant to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Assist senior auditors: Work closely with experienced professionals to complete audit assignments and expand your skillset.
  • Manage audits: Take responsibility for small and medium-sized company audits across diverse industries, building your expertise.
  • Communicate effectively: Identify and relay important auditing and tax matters to managers and partners, honing your communication skills.
  • Handle tax documentation: Prepare, organize, and manage all tax-related documents, reports, and statements, enhancing your tax knowledge.
  • Apply industry standards: Utilize your familiarity with auditing, tax, and accounting standards in practical, real-world scenarios.
  • Embrace new challenges: Be ready to take on additional duties as they arise, fostering a flexible and adaptable approach to your work.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Candidates with a Degree in Accountancy, Professional Accounting Qualification, or those pursuing relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  • Professional certifications: Holders of ACCA, MICPA, CIMA, CPA, or ICAEW certifications are highly valued for their specialized knowledge.
  • Independent worker: Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy: Knowledge of audit software or accounting software is beneficial but not mandatory - we welcome candidates eager to learn.
