Main Responsibilities

  1. Persediaan Audit

  2. Mengumpul, menyusun dan menyemak dokumen kewangan pelanggan.

  3. Membantu dalam penyediaan audit working papers.

  4. Menyemak penyata kewangan awal (draft financial statements).

  5. Pelaksanaan Audit

  6. Menjalankan prosedur audit mengikut arahan Audit Senior / Manager.

  7. Menyemak dan mengesahkan bukti audit seperti invois, resit, rekod bank, dan lejar.
  8. Mengenal pasti sebarang ketidaktepatan atau kelemahan kawalan dalaman.

  9. Menyediakan audit findings untuk semakan penyelia.

  10. Penyediaan Laporan

  11. Membantu dalam penyediaan laporan audit.

  12. Menyediakan kertas kerja audit yang lengkap dan kemas untuk rujukan masa depan.

  13. Komunikasi & Klien

  14. Berhubung dengan klien bagi mendapatkan dokumen atau maklumat tambahan.

  15. Memastikan komunikasi yang profesional dan mesra dengan klien.

  16. Lain-lain Tugasan

  17. Membantu dalam kerja berkaitan akaun dan cukai (jika diperlukan).

  18. Menyertai latihan atau mesyuarat audit bagi menambah kemahiran profesional.

Requirements

  • Kelayakan: Diploma/Degree dalam Perakaunan, Kewangan atau bidang berkaitan.
  • Kemahiran:
  • Pengetahuan asas MFRS, MPERS & piawaian audit.
  • Kemahiran komputer (MS Excel, Word, software audit seperti CaseWare/Excel).
  • Teliti, berdisiplin, dan mampu bekerja dalam pasukan.
  • Pengalaman: Tiada pengalaman pun boleh (fresh graduate dialu-alukan), pengalaman 1–2 tahun dalam audit dianggap kelebihan.

  • Kecekapan komunikasi (verbal & tulisan).
  • Sikap ingin belajar dan menepati masa.
  • Boleh bekerja di bawah tekanan (peak period).
  • Integriti & etika kerja yang tinggi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM4,500.00 per month
