Job Description:

  • Full-time position based at the HQ office, with a focus on generating calls.
  • Manage Inbound and outbound calls.
  • Connect with potential customers to actively promote and introduce the diverse range of products available at VX Garage.
  • Prior experience in handling customer highly desirable.
  • Consistently strives to meet kpi targets through strategic negotiation and successful deal closures.

Requirements:

  • The candidate is available to start immediately.
  • Candidates must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills when engaging with customers.
  • Proficient in communicating in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
  • Must have a service-oriented mindset with excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to effectively use company-provided scripts to handle customer objections.
  • Must have a cheerful and friendly personality.
  • A three-day training session will be evaluated by your Trainer.
