Job Responsibilities:

Pre - Contract:

  1. Prepare cost estimation for civil, infrastructure and building for tenders.

Post - Contract:

  1. Prepare estimation cost for project and monitoring the cost control (for assigned project).

  2. Coordinate delivery of construction materials and plant to the site team.

  3. Prepare monthly progress claim to clients.

  4. Prepare and verify sub-contractors, suppliers and consultant's monthly claim.

  5. Prepare details of salary for sub-labour.

  6. Verify and prepare evaluation of contractual claim, variation orders and etc.

  7. Prepare and verify final account with sub-contractors/suppliers and clients.

  8. Maintain a good rapport with clients, consultant and sub-contractor.

Job Requirements:

1.Degree in Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent.

  1. At least 2-3 years' experience in similar field.

  2. · Good communication and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in verbal and written English.

  3. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  4. Good work attitude, flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.

  5. Willing to travel within Malaysia and abroad.

  6. Experience in Construction or Property Development Industry is an added advantage.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
