Main Tasks:
- Do market research to find sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Actively look for new sales leads through cold calling, networking, social media, etc.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
- Create regular reports and reviews with sales and financial data.
- Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate and close deals, as well as handle complaints or objections.
- Work together with team members to achieve better results.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with internal teams.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by superiors.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Carry out sales activities to ensure continuous business growth.
- Understand and evaluate customer needs, and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
