Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handling full spectrum of accounting function of the group.
  • To maintain full set of accounts.
  • Produce monthly management reports, handle treasury banking and daily accounting functions.
  • Handling Accounts Payable and Account Receivables (Receipts) transactions.
  • Filing and any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Must have a good command of English, Bahasa Melayu & ability to speak Mandarin due to the need to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Min 1 year of experience handling a full set of account.
  • Experience in logistics industry will be an added advantage.
  • Able to start immediately or with short notice.
  • Experience in consolidated account would be an added advantage
  • Computer literate and good communication skill.
  • Meticulous, analytical and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Preferably he/she has strong interpersonal skills and is able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
