We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant to support our corporate finance and investment activities. This is not a routine desk job - we need someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, has a "get-things-done" mindset, and can think creatively to solve problems. You will be working closely with senior management on investment structuring, fundraising, and strategic projects.

  • Assist in preparing investment proposals, pitch decks, financial models, and reports for corporate finance projects.
  • Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to support investment decisions.
  • Provide administrative and execution support on fundraising, structuring deals, and compliance matters.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (investors, partners, regulators, advisors) when required.
  • Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Support management in proprietary investment activities and special projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields.
  • Exposure to deal structuring, fundraising, or investment management.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with ability to adapt to different types of projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attitude-first: willingness to learn, proactive, and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
