Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing administrative support, customer service, inventory, warehousing, and distribution operations in Malaysia. Ensures smooth daily operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

General Operations

  • Support company strategies and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Promote operational best practices and ensure timely reporting.

  • Recommend improvements to operating procedures and keep the General Manager informed of issues.

  • Optimize inventory levels to meet KPIs.

  • Review stock status (safety levels, aging, obsolescence) using ERP and reporting tools.

  • Manage ordering processes and ensure FIFO and accurate stock records through cycle counts.

  • Oversee warehouse planning, coordination, and daily workflow.

  • Improve productivity through better processes and space utilization.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and supplies.
  • Work with external transport and logistics partners for distribution.
