Key Responsibilities

Campus

  • Ensure overall maintenance and cleanliness of campus facilities in line with health, safety, and therapy standards.
  • Monitor and coordinate utilities usage, disruptions, and follow-up actions.
  • Oversee inventory control, including tracking, requisition, and cost monitoring.
  • Manage asset records and ensure proper disposal or transfer according to SOP.

Staff

  • Lead disciplinary management, ensuring corrective actions and documentation are properly carried out.
  • Monitor staff KPIs and working hours; provide reports to the Managing Director.
  • Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring smooth handover, asset return, and compliance with HR procedures.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in campus/branch/operations management.
  • Proven experience in staff discipline and HR-related functions will be an added advantage.
  • Strong administrative and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Melayu and English (written & spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
