Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support

  • Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp & calls
  • Provide accurate product information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Manage order tracking, return/exchange processes, and feedback
  • Support ad hoc tasks from marketing or operations team
  • Coordinate order processing and delivery schedules

Requirements:

  • SPM graduate
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience is a plus
  • Able to communicate in English, Malay and Chinese (A lot of Chinese customer, Mandarin is a must)
  • Comfortable using basic digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, messaging platforms)
  • Friendly, responsible, and a good team player
  • Able to work independently and handle fast-paced situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
