Key Responsibilities:
Operations Support
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp & calls
- Provide accurate product information and resolve issues efficiently
- Manage order tracking, return/exchange processes, and feedback
- Support ad hoc tasks from marketing or operations team
- Coordinate order processing and delivery schedules
Requirements:
- SPM graduate
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience is a plus
- Able to communicate in English, Malay and Chinese (A lot of Chinese customer, Mandarin is a must)
- Comfortable using basic digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, messaging platforms)
- Friendly, responsible, and a good team player
- Able to work independently and handle fast-paced situations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
