Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management
    : Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage inquiries professionally.
  • Administrative Support
    : Handle correspondence, filing, scheduling, and office supplies.
  • Coordination
    : Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Documentation
    : Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as required.
  • Team Support
    : Provide administrative assistance to management and staff.
  • HRDC Processes
    : Support HRDC-related documentation, claims, and compliance processes for training programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Prior experience in receptionist or administrative roles preferred.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with HRDC processes (grant applications, claims, compliance).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Friendly, professional, and able to multitask effectively.
