Job Vacancy – Receptionist (Malaysian Female only)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in management or any equivalent field
  • Experience in administrative work and professional correspondence.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prepare documents, follow up with external parties, and handle office coordination.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating communication with companies and industrial partners in a professional manner.
  • Communicating with companies and establishing professional partnerships as required.
  • Preparing quotations, official letters, and required documentation.
  • Following up on inquiries and maintaining organized communication records.
  • Presenting the company's profile and services to external entities when needed.
  • Supporting management in administrative tasks and ensuring smooth workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
