We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and confident Personal Assistant to support our Group Director (Lunix Group) in managing daily operations, projects, and communications.

What You'll Do:

Executive Support

  • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule, and day-to-day priorities.
  • Draft emails, take calls, and handle communications on behalf of the Director — in English, Mandarin, and BM.
  • Prepare presentation slides, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Join meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and event logistics.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.

Project Coordination

  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Support business, marketing, and operational initiatives.
  • Prepare concise updates and summaries for the Director's review.

Office Administration

  • Oversee smooth daily office operations and cleanliness.
  • Manage pantry and office supplies; liaise with cleaners and vendors.
  • Handle visitors, calls, and deliveries at the front desk.
  • Support CSR events, company functions, and LinkedIn updates.
  • Manage MOF certificate renewals and assist with basic admin work.

Who We're Looking For

  • Candidate with a pleasant personality and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
  • Confident, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Comfortable working closely with senior management and handling confidential matters.
  • Strong attention to detail, good coordination skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with LinkedIn posting.
  • Fresh graduates or those with 1–3 years of experience as a PA, Admin Executive, or Coordinator are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
