We are looking for a Customer Representative who is passionate, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will handle both sales and customer support duties, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls
- Promote and close sales effectively to meet company targets
- Customize orders according to customer requirements
- Manage order processing (in & out) and coordinate with logistics teams
- Oversee packaging and quality control (QC) to ensure product standards
- Respond to social media inquiries and maintain good customer engagement
- Multitask efficiently across sales, support, and operations tasks
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all duties
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in sales, e-commerce, or customer support is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
