  1. Job Title: Customer Service Representative

  2. Salary Range: RM

  3. Working Hours:

  4. remote work
  5. 5 days a week
  6. morning shift 10:00am to 10:00pm with 2 hours break
  7. night shift 10:00pm to 10:00am with 2 hours break

  8. normal working hours shall be 8 hours a day, any hours worked in excess of this shall be considered overtime and will be compensated accordingly

  9. Job Responsibilities:

  10. Engage with customers through online chat and messaging platforms, responding to inquiries, providing information, and offering assistance.
  11. Develop in-depth product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette in all interactions.
  13. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  14. Provide basic technical support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
  15. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and effective customer support.

  16. Maintain high customer satisfaction by building rapport and establishing strong relationships with customers.

  17. Job Requirements:

  18. Has critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  19. Good communication and coordination skills
  20. Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
  21. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  22. Fluent in Chinese and English

  23. Must have your own laptop and a good internet connection
