CleanXpert is expanding, and we're seeking a responsible, friendly, and detail-oriented individual who can handle both customer service tasks and basic administrative work.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers while also supporting daily operations from the administrative side.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Introduce and explain the function of the Mr. Helmet Sanitising Machine.
  • Guide users on how to operate the machine safely and correctly.
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and feedback.
  • Perform simple troubleshooting and report issues to the team.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Record daily machine usage, feedback, and incident logs.
  • Assist in preparing agreement and monthly reports for management.
  • Handle basic documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist in coordinating location updates, scheduling, or inventory tracking.
  • Communicate with investor, landlords or partners when needed.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

  • Can communicate well in English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Is friendly, patient, and comfortable dealing with people.
  • Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle simple admin work.
  • Has their own transport and is willing to travel to project locations.
  • Is responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Is willing to learn and adapt to new systems.
