What You'll Do
- Spot Opportunities — Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new business prospects and industry trends.
- Grow the Pipeline — Identify and connect with potential clients and key decision-makers, driving qualified leads into a strong sales pipeline.
- Build Relationships — Cultivate long-term partnerships with new and existing clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Close the Deal — Deliver impactful presentations and proposals, negotiate win-win agreements, and achieve sales targets.
- Strategise for Success — Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company goals.
- Expand Networks — Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to strengthen our market presence.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Preferred proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia as it mostly involve presenting in Bahasa Malaysia.
- A proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
