The Executive, System Admin & Support is responsible to ensure the efficient, secure, and continuous operation of the company's IT infrastructure. This role focuses on maintaining and improving technology systems, as well as providing timely technical support to users.

Job Descriptions:

Technical Support

  • Respond promptly to user requests or tickets via Zendesk or other support channels.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple issues based on urgency and business impact.
  • Diagnose and resolve system or application issues; apply temporary workarounds when necessary.
  • Provide progress updates and detailed explanations upon resolution.
  • Document investigation processes and update internal knowledge bases.

User and Account Management

  • Handle user account requests including new account creation, deactivation, password resets, and access changes.
  • Ensure least-privilege access principles are maintained across all systems.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify anomalies or inactive accounts.
  • Perform periodic reviews of user access rights, including privileged accounts.

User Training and Guidance

  • Provide on-demand support and quick guidance for software or tool usage.
  • Conduct short training sessions or refresher workshops for new or existing users.
  • Update training materials to reflect the latest system updates and best practices.

Promotion Setup (Retail Systems)

  • Review monthly MM sheets and set up new promotions based on provided mechanics.
  • Test and validate promotions to ensure they function as intended.
  • Review and clean up outdated or duplicate promotion rules in the POS system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical and troubleshooting support (preferably with Xilnex, SQL, or POS systems).
  • Proficiency in software training, POS setup, and account management.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
