Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial statements. Update monthly management accounts with detailed listing and analysis for management review. Verify and ensure proper authorization on all accounting related transactions
  • Oversee GL, AR, and AP modules
  • Reviewing all the transactions done by subordinates and ensuring subordinates have keyed into the system correctly.
  • To prepare all the reconciliations, including payro inter-co balances, AR, AP, bank and etc.
  • Responsible for filing the accounting documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare sub-contractor statements and reconciliation.
  • Update project status report and liaise with Site Team and Project teams on the project certification.
  • Prepare payment voucher and cheque to ensure the payments are made on time and adhered to the payment policy.
  • Perform any other duty & responsibility which the immediate superior or the company may assign from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
