We're looking for an Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support audit and compliance activities.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with management and contribute to the company's overall financial efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage full set of accounts with accurate and timely reporting.
  • Oversee cash flow, accounts payable and receivable.
  • Review and record invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders into the accounting system.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents on audit and tax matters.
  • Assist in month-end closing, reconciliation, and other financial tasks.
  • Support ad-hoc finance and business operation needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or professional certification in Accounting or Finance.
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Mandarin-speaking is a plus for internal coordination.
  • Must be able to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
