- Conducted telemarketing, follow-ups, and client meetings to drive sales growth.
- Delivered tailored insurance solutions aligned with clients' operational and risk management needs.
- Built and sustained long-term relationships with corporate clients, acting as the primary liaison for support and advisory matters.
- Expanded business reach through networking, referrals, client visits, and industry engagement.
- Maintained accurate CRM records, monitored sales pipelines, and prepared sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Ensured all insurance activities complied with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collaborated with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
