Role Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through the sale of services, spare parts, and short-cycle equipment. The role focuses on fast-moving industrial products such as compressors, boilers, filters, and related components. The position requires strong sales experience, customer relationship management, and the ability to close complex deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities for services, spare parts, and short-cycle products.
  • Build and expand customer relationships within assigned industries and equipment lines.
  • Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and requirements gathering.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers with timely follow-up.
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline with strong qualification and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to support customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Lead sales negotiations and support contract discussions for parts and high-value equipment.

Key Experience & Skills

Mandatory:

  • Minimum
    3 years of industry experience
    selling
    services and spare parts
    , including:
  • Machines
  • Compressors
  • Boilers
  • Filters
  • Experience as a
    Sales Manager for parts/components
    , handling 1–2 machine lines.
  • Proven track record in selling
    high-value equipment
    .
  • Strong experience in:
  • Pipeline development
  • Stakeholder management
  • Quoting and proposal creation
  • Negotiation and closing complex deals

Desirable:

  • Experience working with technical or engineering teams.
  • Understanding of short-cycle business models and service sales.
  • Additional language skills.

While the role is targeted at a
junior level
, more senior candidates may also be considered.

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Desirable:

  • Sales, industrial equipment, or customer service certifications.
