Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Personal Assistant, located in Elmina Shah Alam, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include providing personal and executive administrative assistance, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role plays a crucial part in supporting senior management in maximizing productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to efficiently support stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management to interact effectively and organize schedules.
  • Strong Clerical Skills to handle administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Canva Adobe).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
