Job type: Hybrid (Sometimes need to attend office and mostly remote from home)

Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support
- Manage daily company administration, digital/physical documents, and organized filing.
- Track deadlines for projects, audits, grants, license renewals, and vendor registrations.
- Handle scheduling and reminders for CEO.
- Prepare letters, forms, and internal communications.
• Basic HR Support
- Maintain employee records, leave, attendance, and claims.
- Assist with HR policies and statutory compliance (SOCSO, KWSP, EIS).
• Payroll & Benefits
- Process monthly payroll, allowances, and claims.
- Ensure timely statutory payments (KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Maintain accurate payroll records and liaise with external HR/payroll providers.
• Basic Finance & Accounting
- Prepare invoices, POs, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Track accounts payable/receivable and support budgeting.
- Organize financial records for audits and grant applications.
• Compliance & Company Secretary Coordination
- Liaise with CoSec for board resolutions, annual returns, and statutory filings.
- Support compliance documentation (DOE/ESG/etc.) and vendor registration with clients (e.g., GLCs, Petronas).
• Executive Assistance to CEO
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and follow-up tasks.
- Assist with documents, presentations, grant applications, accelerator programs, and investor sessions.
• General Startup Support
- Liaise with clients, partners, and government agencies for basic matters.
- Support internal team communication and smooth information flow.
