Position Overview
The Admin & Finance Executive is responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, basic HR & payroll matters, and finance support functions to ensure smooth and organized company operations.
This role is not an accountant, but a key support role for administration, payroll, invoicing, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
A. HR & Payroll Administration
Prepare and process monthly payroll
Generate payslips for employees
Manage statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO & EIS)
Maintain staff attendance, leave and MC records
Handle basic staff onboarding documentation
Maintain organized HR files and records
B.Finance Support
Prepare quotations using company templates
Prepare invoices and delivery orders
Maintain invoice tracking (issued / paid / overdue)
Record incoming and outgoing payments
Assist in financial documentation for external accountants
Follow up on outstanding payments (with management approval)
C.Administrative & Operational Support
Manage company and project documentation
File and organize tender, quotation and invoice records
Prepare and manage supplier Purchase Orders (PO)
Follow up on deliveries and logistics
Manage official company email correspondence
Provide administrative support to management
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Requirements
SPM / Diploma / Degree (relevant work experience accepted)
1–3 years experience in admin / finance support role
Hands-on experience in payroll, EPF & SOCSO processing (mandatory)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Added Advantages
Experience in IT, project-based or contractor companies
Familiar with quotation and invoicing processes
Understanding of SME office operations
Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
