Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and submit government mandatory document i.e. EPF, Socso and PCB
  2. To record maintenance request form and maintenance register record
  3. Reconciliation of invoice vs purchase order
  4. Prepare payment vouchers and issue cheque and official receipt
  5. Maintenance and update HR record i.e. annual leave. Medical leaves, training record, attendance and etc
  6. Submission of monthly waste disposal report to DOE department
  7. Submission of Government Production Statistic
  8. Update and record finance account document i.e. debtor and creditor report, bank acceptance documents, Debit and Credit Note
  9. Prepare and summarize wages/ payroll
  10. Handling foreign worker passport & permit and related of immigration department
  11. Handling foreign worker residences, related to hospitalization, SKHPPA, SPIKPA
  12. Take OT attendance
  13. Handling Human Resources related task
  14. Any task assign by Manager and management
  15. Daily update account transactions
