What you'll be doing?
  • Provide Support: Assist customers through various channels, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Execute Tests: Conduct compatibility tests and document findings to improve our support services.
  • Diagnose Issues: Work with customers to understand and resolve their technical concerns, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed logs of customer interactions and issue resolutions to ensure continuity and accuracy.
  • Escalate Issues: Forward unresolved or complex issues to specialized teams for further investigation.
  • Enhance Knowledge: Develop and update support documentation to help both customers and team members.
  • Improve Products: Identify opportunities to enhance product reliability and usability based on customer feedback.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide the best support possible.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred, but candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential, with an advantage for those who understand Mandarin.
