Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector. Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and prepare proposals for potential clients. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, developers, and government agencies.
2. Client Engagement:

Present renewable energy solutions and benefits to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in coordination with management.
3. Market Intelligence:

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant government
4. policies or incentives (e.g., Net Energy Metering, Feed-in Tariff). Provide insights and feedback on market demands and customer expectations.
5. Sales Administration:

Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management. Collaborate with project, technical, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Candidate Specific Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar PV, energy efficiency, or electrical systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
