Job Responsibility:

  • You will champion the sales and marketing of Bancassurance products at a national level, serving High Net Worth Client in partnership with the strength of 264 branches of our partnering bank.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow HNW insurance sale through the bank's affluent and high net worth channels.
  • Collaborative with wealth management teams to embed insurance solutions into holistic wealth planning
  • Display your entrepreneurship by riding on the sales and marketing events for new business acquisition.
  • Deliver high quality client servicing and after sales support, ensuring long term relationship retention.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external insurance partners.

Who is qualified?

  • A degree is valued. However, SPM holders with 5 passes inclusive of Bahasa Malaysia with related 3 years of work experience in bancassurance, wealth management, preferably with a focus on HNW clients.
  • Deep understanding of insurance and wealth planning needs of HNWIs.
  • Strong sales acumen and proven ability to drive revenue through advisory-led selling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, high level of integrity and ethical standards.
