Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end corporate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and related services.
  • Provide expert advice on travel documentation, visa requirements, travel insurance, and applicable import/export regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, as well as external travel agencies and service providers.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and contracts with travel vendors to optimize cost-efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal travel policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve travel processes and programs to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategic travel policies aligned with organizational goals and best practices.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing corporate travel operations, preferably within a Shared Services or multinational environment.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and global travel compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
