Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic).

· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering- Electrical or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

· To perform equipment servicing and maintenance tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

· To assist in checking conditions of new equipment received from local or oversea suppliers.

· To handle installation, commissioning and operation training of equipment sold by company.

· To carry out servicing, maintenance and repair of equipment according to customer's order.

· To prepare service contracts or quotations for service and maintenance or repair of equipment sold by the company or other brands of equipment not handled by the company.

· To assist company in providing equipment operational training if required to customers and colleagues.

· To service, support and maintain good relationship with customers.

· To attend sales meeting when required.

Skills :

· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
