About the role

Fuji Bakery Supplies (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our comprehensive range of bakery equipment and supplies. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the success of our thriving business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers across the bakery industry
  3. Identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities in the market
  4. Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our product offerings
  5. Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
  7. Mentoring and leading a team of sales professionals to drive high performance
  8. Representing the company at industry events and tradeshows

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the bakery, food service or retail industry
  2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Familiarity with bakery equipment and supplies a distinct advantage
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
