Kami sedang mencari calon yang bermotivasi tinggi serta berorientasikan pelanggan untuk menyertai pasukan kami sebagai Pembantu Jualan di Mr. Absorber Ampang / Kuala Lumpur.

Tanggungjawab:

  • Mengurus dan melayan pertanyaan pelanggan melalui telefon, mesej, walk-in serta platform dalam talian.
  • Memberi maklumat produk yang lengkap, menyediakan quotation, serta menghubungi pelanggan semula bagi memastikan jualan berjaya ditutup.
  • Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan bagi menggalakkan pembelian berulang.
  • Mengendalikan maklum balas pelanggan, menyelesaikan isu dengan cepat, dan memastikan pengalaman perkhidmatan yang positif.
  • Menyelaraskan pesanan, penghantaran, dan janji temu pelanggan.
  • Menyokong aktiviti pemasaran seperti promosi media sosial dan acara syarikat.
  • Mencapai sasaran jualan individu dan pasukan.

Kelayakkan & Keperluan:

  • Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
  • Berorientasikan pelanggan serta memiliki sikap yang profesional dan positif.
  • Bermotivasi dalam bidang jualan serta mampu bekerja secara berdikari.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran komputer asas (e-mel, MS Office).
  • Pengalaman dalam bidang jualan atau khidmat pelanggan khususnya dalam industri automotif merupakan satu kelebihan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
