Sales Support Executive

Key responsibilities :

  • Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales team
  • Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team
  • Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
  • Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
  • Performing data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures and other key data
  • Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
  • Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors
  • Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required
  • Generating quotations
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements:

  1. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  2. Proactive, ability to listen and a good problem solver
  3. Ability to handle pressure
  4. Possess customer service skills is an added value
  5. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
  6. Min 1-2 years working experience in related fields such as telemarketing sales, customer service and/ or inbound sale
  7. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
