Sales Executive

Job Scope & Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, walk-ins, emails, and networking.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to clients.
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings.
2. Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales agreements.
- Close sales and ensure all documentation is completed (PO, DO, invoice, contracts).
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
3. Customer Service & Support
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
4. Sales Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
- Update customer records, sales pipeline, and follow-up status.
- Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to sales strategy planning.
5. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Study market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Propose improvements to products, services, or sales strategies.
6. Events & Promotional Activities
- Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, seminars, and marketing events.
- Support marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Target-driven and results-oriented.
- Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Possess a valid driving license (if customer visits are required).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
