Job Scope & Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, walk-ins, emails, and networking.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Conduct site visits and attend client meetings.

2. Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales agreements.
  • Close sales and ensure all documentation is completed (PO, DO, invoice, contracts).
  • Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.

3. Customer Service & Support

  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.

4. Sales Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
  • Update customer records, sales pipeline, and follow-up status.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to sales strategy planning.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Study market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Propose improvements to products, services, or sales strategies.

6. Events & Promotional Activities

  • Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, seminars, and marketing events.
  • Support marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Possess a valid driving license (if customer visits are required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
