Job Description:

Job Summary:
 The Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director will lead and expand the technology sales function, driving revenue growth through strategic market development, enterprise partnerships, and a high performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead, coach and scale a team of account executives, business development managers and solution consultants.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and channel resellers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's footprint in key verticals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions, pricing and product-market fit.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports and performance analysis to executive leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings and strategic events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem, emerging digital trends and enterprise buyer behaviour.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead and scale high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven, strategic and comfortable operating at both tactical and executive levels
