About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at Riken Keiki Sdn. Bhd. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for managing key client accounts and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

What you'll be doing

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, responding to inquiries and addressing any issues that arise
  • Preparing and processing invoices, statements, and other financial documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of all client interactions and transactions
  • Assisting with the coordination of office operations, including ordering supplies, managing schedules, and providing administrative support as needed
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to support client retention and growth initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient solutions

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an account management or administrative support role, preferably within the Office Management industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment
